Your full purchase price will be refunded, for any reason, during a period of 8 weeks from purchase date, if you first let us try to help with any problem you might have.
Please request a refund by email at refunds@art-head-start.com within 8 weeks of your purchase date. Be sure to include your full name, Access Code, the email address you used to make your purchase and your postal address. If you can't locate any of this information, we can probably retrieve it from our records if you include your name and email address. If we were unable to satisfy, you will be refunded your full purchase price by U.S. Postal Service mail. You can also contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
