How to license, download and view the 'Art Head Start' ebook

The purchase, download and file expansion steps are just like any other download from the Internet that you may have done before. It's quite easy. Because we describe every little detail below, it may seem more difficult than it actually is!

What you are purchasing is a non-exclusive license to view the Art Head Start ebook and to keep 3 copies, 2 copies for 2 different computers you own and 1 copy as a backup.

This is a 4 step process:
1. Purchase:
1. Use the green "Buy it" link at the top of most pages and at the bottom of the order page.

2. You'll be taken to the Order page, if you're not already there. Clicking on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of the Order page will take you to you're very secure credit card transaction. The credit cards shown below are accepted, and also PayPal:

2. Download:
After you fill out the easy credit card transaction form and submit it, you'll receive an email confirmation (with your order number) from "ClickBank". This is also your receipt.

You'll also be taken to our ebook download page, where you will see a security form which prevents unauthorized downloading of the ebook. Enter your name and email address (even though you just entered them at ClickBank), then click "Download" to retrieve your ebook copy. You will be taken to your own temporary personal download page, where you will have 1 hour to download your ebook copy. The compressed Zip file you are downloading is about 5.8MB in size and will take anywhere from 1 minute or less up to 15 minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Be sure to save the downloaded file to a location on your computer's hard drive which you will remember. Some Windows users find it convenient to save downloaded files to their Windows desktop. We like to create a new folder for each new product we download, and keep them all inside a "Downloads" folder.

In the unlikely event that your first download fails for some reason, or you are called away from your computer, you have the remainder of your hour to retry as many times as you like. If you cannot download your ebook copy for any reason, please contact us for help at support@art-head-start.com. Or phone (in California, USA) 415-389-9130. Please note that our business hours are shown on the bottom of each normal page (not this printer friendly one).

If you are a Windows user without WinZip, Windows XP has a built in ZIP file expander. To use it, open "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" and locate the compressed ZIP file you downloaded, "ArtHeadStart10.zip". To extract the ebook from the compressed ZIP file, right-click the Zip file, and then click "Extract All". The Extraction Wizard will run. Specify where you want to store the extracted ebook file.

Macintosh users will probably use the most popular ZIP file extractor for the Mac, Stuffit.

If you have a problem, try downloading and using the latest version of WinZip for Windows or your favorite tool for the Macintosh - most likely Stuffit.

4. View your ebook for the first time:
PDF files, such as ours, are viewed by using the Adobe Acrobat reader. Many computers come with Adobe Acrobat already installed.

There are many PDF files used on web sites and in business, so it's a very handy program to have. If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat, you can download a free copy from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Now you can open your copy of Art Head Start whenever you like, move it to another PC or to a new hard drive after a hard drive failure, etc. Please do not copy your ebook file and share it with others - doing so is a violation of our copyright and is illegal. Instead, send them to our site, http://www.Art-Head-Start.com, so they can purchase their own copy.

Your bank statement will show a charge from our online secure transaction processing service, ClickBank or CLK*BANK, not from our Art-Head-Start company.
