Buyer may make a single backup copy of the ebook pdf file, for personal archival purposes only for a maximum total of three (3) copies.
Buyer shall not distribute the materials in any way, in whole or in part.
Buyer shall not store the materials on a network or on the Internet where the intent is to share files or copies of files.
Author retains the right to resell this material at any price to anyone else, or to stop selling it at any time.
Author may revoke this license if the Buyer has violated it.
Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to view the materials on no more than one two (2) personal computers.
Buyer may make a single backup copy of the ebook pdf file, for personal archival purposes only for a maximum total of three (3) copies.
Author maintains that all items in the eBook were either created by himself, were licensed from 3rd parties or are derivative works from something in the public domain.
Author maintains that they legally possess the power to grant Buyer this license.
Buyer retains this license, even if the Author stops selling this work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price.
The only way Author can revoke this license is if it is shown that a Buyer has previously violated it.
